1. Complete the registration form attached below.
2. Send completed form along with payment and all required documentation as stated below to St. Cecilia Church, 535 Rhawn Street, Philadelphia, PA 19111.
3. Cost is $55 for one child; $110 for two or more children in same family. Early registration discount (by June 30) is $45 for one child; $90 for two or more children in same family.
4. New registrations must present an original and a copy of the baptismal certificate, unless baptized at St. Cecilia Church.
5. Please submit records if transferring from another PREP.
6. All families must be registered at St. Cecilia Church or another parish. If registered at another parish, a letter from your Pastor must be presented with permission to attend St. Cecilia PREP. Also, a letter of permission from your Pastor must be presented to receive the sacraments at St. Cecilia Church.
