TO ALL PARISH EMPLOYEES AND VOLUNTEERS: All employees and volunteers who have regular contact with children are required to renew their background checks every five years. During the interim years, employees and volunteers are now required to complete and submit the Arrest/Conviction Report and Certification Form. This form is attached and it is also posted on the Office for Child and Youth Protection webpage, under Safe Environment.
